What is a Members' Voluntary Liquidation?

As a contractor, a Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) will enable you to unlock your capital by putting your limited service company into liquidation, potentially saving you thousands in tax.

For many contractors, this happens at the end of a period of contracting or when retiring. Not only is the tax saving valuable, very often it's possible to release a taxed paid lump sum to you within a few days.

Of course, if you want to return to contracting later, you are free to do so with a newly formed company.

An MVL is a legal process but don't worry I'm Dorothy Brown a Licensed Practitioner. Me and my team will take care of the whole process making it quick and simple.

Getting started is very easy, fill in the form above or call me on 01202 237337.
